Dani Elle Speegle is a fitness influencer and CrossFit athlete from the United States. She first tried CrossFit contests in September 2015, after her coach encouraged her to do so because he believed Dani had what it took to make it far in the sport.
Dani’s coach was ultimately correct. She’s grown into a well-known CrossFit athlete since beginning her journey. Dani’s victory at the 2018 South East CrossFit Regionals is just one of many honours she’s received during her illustrious career.

Dani Elle Speegle describes herself as a “fierce competitor” her entire life. She was always fascinated by athletics and sports as a child. Soccer and diving were her favourite sports.
Dani gradually lost interest in soccer and diving as she grew older and began to experiment with other activities. Volleyball, track, and club volleyball were among them.
Dani switched from one sport to another throughout college. One thing remained constant, however: her love of physical activity.
Dani discovered CrossFit not long after starting college. Her gym coach, Asante Richards, introduced her to her first CrossFit workout in September 2015.
Asante saw Dani’s potential and encouraged her to try CrossFit. Dani took her coach’s advice and started working out at a CrossFit gym.
Dani made rapid progress in a matter of months under Asante’s guidance. Her body not only improved in shape and muscularity, but she also became stronger than before.

Dani was now on her way to becoming a CrossFit athlete, enthralled by her own progress as well as the CrossFit community of athletes.

Dani signed up for her first CrossFit competition at the end of 2015. Dani was impressed with her performance that day, despite the fact that she was inexperienced and nervous about competing in her first CrossFit competition.
“Obviously, it was wonderful to win my first competition,” Dani said of her first CrossFit competition.

Dani, still on a high from her first CF victory, set her sights on bigger and better things. Her success grew over time as she became not only a well-known CrossFit athlete, but also an inspiration to thousands of young and aspiring athletes looking to emulate her success in the sport.

Dani attributes her involvement in CrossFit to her coach, Asante Richards. “It’s really because of a coach at my gym, Asante Richards, that I got really involved in this sport,” Dani explained. He took it upon himself to act as a mentor to me.
He spent a significant amount of his personal time walking me through the basics, assisting me with my technique, and so on. His main responsibility was to make sure I got home because I would have stayed in the gym all day every day.”

Dani’s training routine has no secrets; she says it all comes down to hard work and consistency with her workouts.
Even if she doesn’t feel like working out, she will do so. She follows through on the plan no matter what. This is the attitude that has helped her win competitions and become a successful CrossFit athlete.
In terms of training, Dani prefers heavy compound weights that allow her body to grow. Along with some isolation exercises and conditioning work that target specific areas of her body.
She works out three to five hours per day, five to six times per week. Dani will set aside one day for active recovery and another for complete physical inactivity on rest days.

Dani, like most CrossFit athletes, eats a clean diet that gives her plenty of energy for her workouts. “Everything in moderation,” she says.
She believes that eliminating certain foods from her diet is not beneficial. Instead, she focuses on eating a wholesome and healthy diet that nourishes her body, with occasional ‘cheating’ for her own pleasure and enjoyment.
