Ali Romero is a bikini fitness competitor who participates in the up to 1.70 m height category. 

She began competing in late 2015 and made it onto the IFBB Pro Circuit in less than a year.

Ali, on the other hand, didn’t always have a fitness athlete’s figure – during her early modeling days, she weighed 49 kg and was dissatisfied with how slender she was.

From Model to Personal Trainer Ali Romero, a competitor has always been interested in modeling since she was a child. 

She had previously engaged in modeling TV shows at the age of 15.

She was, however, exceedingly thin and weighed 49 kg at the time. This upset Ali, who wanted to tone up and improve her appearance but didn’t know-how.

Ali didn’t know fitness was the answer to her problems until she saw bikini models on television. 

She went on to join a gym and exercise there without reluctance in order to shape the body she desired.

Ali has never considered a career in fitness before. She wanted to participate solely to prove to herself that she was capable of doing so.

Ali, on the other hand, was unaware that it only took one competition for her to fall in love with competitions. 

She continued to compete on a regular basis after that.

She is now competing on the pro circuit and living her dream life as a fitness model and bikini competitor.

FEMALE FITNESS MODEL ALIICIA ROMERO(ALI ROMERO) FITNESS PLAN:

Ali didn’t have much training experience at first, but that improved after months of trial and error.

She’s a pro at what she does today, and she can change the way her body appears with intensive weightlifting and cardio workouts.

Ali’s shoulders and glutes are her favorite body areas. 

She works out twice a week on each of these muscle groups.

She doesn’t work on her quads because she believes they are already excessively developed in comparison to the rest of her physique.

Ali uses a variety of diets, including carb cycling, to keep in peak shape for competitions.




She also recognizes when it’s time to let go of the gas pedal and reward herself for her hard work with something less demanding and more enjoyable.

Many of Ali’s fans are inspired by her accomplishment to go out and realize the dreams they’ve always had.

Ali had no prior experience with fitness when she first began training. 

She gradually progressed, one day at a time, through grit and dedication. 


She utilized each setback as fire to grow into the woman she is today.

Ali has demonstrated that obtaining lean abs and a good figure isn’t the only goal; it’s also about the person you become along the process.
