Claire P Thomas is a former track athlete and female fitness model. Her fitness journey began when she was a child. Claire would do push ups and sit ups every night before bed as her own personal challenge.
Claire’s ‘innate’ desire to train persisted throughout her high school and college years, prompting her to participate in a variety of sports. Soccer, basketball, and, most notably, track and field were among them.
Claire didn’t want to give up her passion for physical activity after her collegiate athletic career ended. As a result, she launched her online fitness business and began spreading the word about fitness. She also started working out in the gym harder than ever before.

Claire went on to realise her childhood ambition of “becoming a heptathlete and hurdler for the University of Oregon Track & Field team.”
Claire’s career on the basketball and track teams ended when she graduated from college. Her interest in health and fitness, however, remained.
Claire started her own fitness business after college with the goal of inspiring others to join her on her journey to a healthier lifestyle.
Claire is now a successful fitness personality after a lot of hard work. She has a large fan base and an even better physique, and she is an inspiration to anyone who wants to get in shape like her.

Claire P Thomas has tried a variety of workouts during her career in sports and fitness. Her body has adapted to various forms of training, which means she must constantly devise new exercises to stimulate her muscles.
