Elin’s workouts have improved over the years of training. She’s discovered what works for her and what doesn’t.
Elin primarily focuses on lifting heavy weights at low rep ranges, such as 3-6 reps per set. This method allows Elin to gain strength.
Elin is convinced that lifting heavy weights will not make her ‘bulky.’ She claims that this is just a myth that has been circulating in the fitness industry for far too long.
Elin, on the other hand, will lift lighter weights at a higher rep range to tone her muscles and make them appear leaner. 8 to 12 reps per set. Ab crunches, hanging leg raises, glute bridges, and squats are among her favourite exercises.
Elin doesn’t need to worry about cardio because she pays close attention to her diet. However, when it comes to cardio, she prefers the most intense – HIIT.
HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, allows Elin to quickly ‘charge up’ her metabolism. In other words, it helps her burn fat more quickly.
Elin Hedstrom consumes a wide variety of foods, the majority of which are organic, such as eggs, chicken, sweet potatoes, fruits, and vegetables.
Elin eats a variety of small meals throughout the day to keep her metabolism running smoothly. This way, she receives a steady stream of nutrients directly to her muscles for growth and repair.
Elin will occasionally treat herself to something she enjoys as a reward for her hard work at the gym. Pizza and burgers are among her favourite “cheat meals.” Elin will eat something like a chocolate cake when her sweet cravings are activated.
Elin used to feel guilty about eating unhealthy foods at the start of her fitness journey. But her mindset has completely shifted; she understands the importance of maintaining a healthy balance rather than constantly restricting herself.

Her diet isn’t much different in the off-season. She continues to weigh her foods and eats six meals per day. In the off-season, she will have a little more leeway, which means a cheat meal or two is permitted on occasion.

Elin Hedstrom’s main lesson is that in order to become strong and healthy, you must embrace the process of working out, eating healthy, and getting enough sleep on a daily basis.
This requires a great deal of patience and dedication; transformation does not happen overnight. However, with perseverance and a willingness to push through the discomfort, you can sculpt the body you’ve always desired.
ELIN HEDSTROM has had a successful career. She accomplished everything she wished for as a teenager and continues to strive for even greater accomplishments.
Her path to becoming a successful fitness icon, however, was not easy. Making the decision to enter the adult industry can be unsettling, to say the least, especially when considering the opinions of friends and family.
Nonetheless, ELIN HEDSTROM made her decision. She made the decision to pursue her dreams regardless of what others thought.
She follows strict dieting rules when preparing for a competition. This means she weighs every gramme of protein, fat, and carbohydrate she consumes.
She consumes six meals per day, with macronutrients consisting of lean meats and egg whites for protein, brown rice and sweet potatoes for quality carbohydrates, and avocado and almond butter for healthy fats.
