I am famous for many reasons.
One of the reasons for being famous is that I share many of my sizzling , beautiful, curvaceous, attractive, and modeling photos and videos.
I do both fitness training and fashion modeling.
Many people adore my cute looks and gorgeous figure.
I am of 5 feet and 7 inches tall.
Due to my popularity on social media, I am being proposed by many brands across the world to promote their products.
But I am very choosy.
I will choose that one which is quite good for my audience.
I really have a huge fan following both on social media and personal life.
My figure is much appreciated in media as I have got a fabulous figure due to my fitness training.
My interests vary from fitness to modeling and fashion to beauty.
I am an animal lover and have one dog though.
My favorite holiday destination is Australia.

I really like peach and tranquility so I often visit monasteries across the world on my world tour.

I used to be a bulky girl as you can see in my old teenage pictures.
My fat was the main cause of my depression in my early 20’s.
I realized that I needed to do something to get rid of that fat that was there in my body and was the cause of concern.
People were really supportive to uplift me by giving advice for fitness and all.
I tend to do exercise one day and forget another day.
Due to laziness, I was not getting any positive results until I realized that I really need to work hard in order to get the shape that I long to have.
The initial day’s fitness training was a bit tough for me.
I somehow gathered the will to lose my fat and become fit and in shape.
I was quite lazy so I decided to make notes of the schedule of my training.
But, I also failed in it.
I was a bit depressed to see my results as it was kind of delay to do exercise on daily basis.
FEMALE FITNESS MODEL ELIZA ROSE WATSON FITNESS PLAN:
My fitness plan is very simple and practical to follow.
I don’t have a much-hyped routine for my exercise.
I start my early morning with meditation followed by the rest of the exercise.
Meditation gives me direction to walk on the right path.
After meditation, I usually run on a treadmill or outdoor.
I really like running by putting my earbuds on with pop music.
I spent half an hour running and then start my main exercise.
I mainly focus on my abs, butt, and thigh areas.
Because that’s what people like to see in me.
I do crunches 5 times a week and squats 4 times a week.
I don’t prefer heavy weight lifting.
Heavy lifting is not for me.
I like building up my core muscles a lot.
I do crunches, squats, cardio, push up and some freehand exercise.
While doing crunches, I make sure to not lift any heavyweight as it affects the belly for few days.
My thigh muscles are really amazing as it has got everything that a fitness model needs to have.
My exercise varies with the schedule of my modeling.
I prefer exercises that are aligned with my fashion modeling.
I do leg exercise, hand exercise, belly exercise, and thigh exercise on daily basis.
I know that I am not a perfect person but I definitely make sure to put in my best to get the shape that I want in me.
Lifting heavy weight sometimes causes me injuries so I kinda avoid it until I need it badly.

I am a very motivated and hard-working girl.
My determination has brought me some really good results and has placed me on top as far as fitness is concerned.
You need to define your goal before starting your fitness journey.
Without a goal, you may wander here and there to get the fitness training and will end up getting nothing in the end.
First, decide what you want and then prepare for it with all the zeal to achieve your goal.
Hard work is very necessary to achieve your good fitness level.
Never skip the gym without any emergency work.
Hit the gym on a daily basis even if you wanna give up on your body.
Giving up is not the solution but the gym is.
Start with a little weight and move on to a heavyweight gradually afterward.
Maintain a schedule on daily basis to track your performance of fitness level.
You just gotta do it for the sake of your family and friends.
Don’t be a lazy person.
Be active and appreciate everyone who is willing to come into fitness.
