FEMALE FITNESS MODEL EVA SAISCHEGG FITNESS PLAN:
Eva works out six days a week, focusing on her form and a full range of motion during her workouts.
Here’s how she works out:
Eva’s Exercise Program
Monday’s workout focuses on the shoulders, arms, and abs.
Legs, calves, and abs on Tuesday
Back, chest, and shoulders on Wednesday
Thursday is a day off.
Shoulders, arms, and abs on Friday
Legs, calves, and abs on Saturday
Back, chest, and shoulders on Sunday
Eva only does cardio when she’s getting ready for a competition.
During this time, she’ll normally perform 30-60 minutes of cardio 3-6 times each week.
Eva follows an ‘off-season’ and ‘in-season diet as a fitness competitor.
When she’s not competing, she’ll eat calorie-dense foods to help her mold and shape her body.
She’ll gradually cut her calorie intake as the competition date approaches.
Eva, on the other hand, will be careful to maintain a high protein intake throughout this time to avoid muscle loss.
Her diet grows more stringent as she gets closer to the competition.
This implies that when Eva competes, no “cheat foods” are permitted.
She won’t allow herself to eat more freely until once her competition is over.
Eva was well aware that her nutrition had a significant impact on her great figure.
In the run-up to a competition, she kept everything clean and nutritious.
She wouldn’t treat herself to her favorite dinner until after the concert.
Her off-seasons were spent ‘bulking up,’ which meant she concentrated on acquiring excellent muscular mass in her weakest regions.
She’d then transition away from the high-calorie meals and introduce more raw and lean foods like vegetables, blueberries, egg whites, chicken breast, and sweet potatoes once the cutting phase arrived.
EVA SAISCHEGG FITNESS MOTIVATION:
Eva dreamed of having a fit and slender physique as a child.
She made this ambition a reality after starting her fitness adventure.
Eva has undergone a remarkable transition during her profession and life.
She’s now a source of inspiration for everybody who follows her on social media.
Eva Saischegg can teach us the following:
Set quantifiable goals, keep going forward, and don’t let anything come in the way of your success.
If there’s one thing we can learn from Eva, it’s that you may not achieve every goal you set for yourself, but at the end of the day, all that matters is that you give it your all and have no regrets.
