I am Gracyanne Barbose.
I am from Brazil.
I am born in 1983 in Brazil.
I am having a height of 5 feet and 9 inches.
My bust is 38 inches and my hips are 40 inches.
I am professionally a Samba dancer and fitness trainer and fitness model.
I am admired around the world for my incredible physique.
Not only adults but also kids like my incredible fit body.
My abs are mind-blowing.
My hips are amazing to the fact that it attracts many people when I just walk through the road.
But most of the time, people confuse me with a male bodybuilder because of my male type physique.
I have trained many males and females around the world.
FEMALE FITNESS MODEL GRACYANNE BARBOSA BEFORE FITNESS:
I was not like me before.
I had a very rough time in my childhood.
I used to be a skinny girl and was ashamed of it.
As a teenager, I had a strong passion for gymnastics and sports.
But my dream was to become an excellent lawyer first.
At the age of just 16, I left my home to pursue my dreams.
But this was not a good decision being taken by me.
I had no tuition fees for my study so I needed to fund that.
So, I become a dancer in a Brazillian band to fund my tuition fees.
During this time period, I was recognized as a beauty publicly.
I got to know my potential of having great beauty and physique,
So, I started shaping my body as per the model’s figure.
I was approached by many magazines to be featured on their pages because of my hot figure.
I started taking training for my better ambition and that helped me out to get a huge hot body.
FEMALE FITNESS MODEL GRACYANNE BARBOSA FITNESS PLAN:
I train myself for 4 days a week and take a rest for 2 days.
I usually do 15 reps in a set of 5 to keep my heart rate high.
My exercise varies from glutes to tighs and hips to neck.
I strictly follow a diet plan to keep my incredible body in great shape.
My diet plan includes lean proteins, complex carbs, and healthy fats to keep my body in a perfect desired shape.
I keep it simple as far as a fitness diet plan is considered.
But I follow strictly for sure.
I don’t eat anything which causes to affect my shape.
For me, healthy diet plans are quite an important things to maintain the proper great shape of the body.
My exercise includes very simple and effective steps focused on each and every muscle of the body.
I really like spending time in the gym on daily basis.
It gives me a sense of living with a great purpose to achieve my dream body shape.

I have inspired many people around the world to achieve their dream of becoming great with body shape.
I never ever give up on any circumstance regardless of any bad situation.
At the time of pursuing law, I was forced to leave the college but I didn’t give and started pursuing another dream and I, fortunately, succeeded in it.
There were times when I was supposed to leave my dream but I somehow did not give and followed what I wanted to achieve.
So, Never give up.
Follow your dream.
Be consistent and practice hard.
