Hannah Eden is a CrossFit athlete, coach, online fitness personality, female fitness model, and owner of a training facility from the United States.
She promotes a distinct method of exercise that combines elements of CrossFit with regular strength training and bodyweight exercises.
Hannah began her transformational journey when she was 14 years old. She was going through a difficult time in her life at the time, having moved from her native England to the United States.
Fortunately, this was also the time when she discovered fitness.
She built a successful career for herself through fitness, becoming an elite CrossFit athlete, entrepreneur, fitness model, and online sensation over the years.

Hannah Eden was born and raised in the United Kingdom. She was never particularly interested in fitness or sports as a child. This all changed when she moved from England to the United States at the ‘tender’ age of 14.
Hannah faced many personal challenges while attempting to integrate into her new surroundings, including adjusting to a new society, school, and making new friends.
Unsurprisingly, she found it extremely difficult to do some of these things at her age.
Hannah, fortunately, was able to find a “escape” from her problems during this time – fitness. She began going to the gym, using “the iron” to channel her stress and other emotions.
Hannah became ‘captivated’ by the feelings she got from working out in the gym over time. Fitness became more than just an escape for Hanna.
Hannah began setting new goals for herself after adjusting to a new environment. When she realised she wanted to pursue fitness as a full-time career, her first step was to establish a name for herself in the industry.
In 2013, she began hosting a fitness programme in South Beach, Florida, which grew in popularity over time. During this time, she also began working as a CrossFit coach and athlete, rising through the ranks in the South East Region of the United States.
Hannah had achieved success in a variety of fitness areas by 2015. She rose to become one of the region’s top CrossFit athletes. She is also a business owner with her own training facility in Fort Lauderdale.

Hannah is well-known for staying in shape all year. She claims to accomplish this by incorporating HIIT workouts. They are based on high-intensity training, with the emphasis on heavy weights and short rest periods.
Her heart rate remains elevated throughout the training session, which aids in fat loss, endurance, and muscle mass. Hannah claims that training this way saves her time because she doesn’t need to do any extra cardio.
Hannah recommends that everyone try incorporating several CrossFit movements into their regular weight training routines.

Double Under – According to Hannah, this one is great for core strength and fat loss.
Burpees – According to Hannah, this is an exercise that not everyone can do because it works the entire body at once. However, she claims that the benefits of the exercise outweigh the ‘costs.’
Hannah used this to condition her lower body, particularly her quads and glutes.
Hannah’s favourite multijoint, compound exercise is the barbell thruster.

Hannah grew up in England before moving to the United States when she was 14 years old. Hannah was taken aback by the prospect of moving to another country.
She didn’t know anyone there except her family, and she struggled to make new friends. As a result, she felt lonely and unsatisfied.
She was, however, able to change all of this through fitness. It gave her the courage to step outside of her comfort zone and achieve success.
Hannah says she doesn’t know where she would be if she hadn’t moved to the United States. She might not have started working out in the gym and gone on to have such a successful career.
