Jasmin Cynara is a holistic nutritionist, integrative health and fitness instructor, founder of “Train with Jasmin,” and owner of “Lash Couture Studio.” She is an incredibly gifted fitness professional and glamour model. She will soon become famous on Instagram.

Jasmin was always athletic because she participated in sports as a child. Later in her adolescence, she developed a passion of weightlifting and the gym. It served as virtually a therapeutic outlet for her anxiety.

She recognised she wanted to continue learning so she could continue to develop and improve both herself and others once she noticed a difference in her confidence and her mood. Jasmin initially enrolled with Okanagan College’s BCPRA programme (Personal Training Certificate).

She then registered for CanFit Professional, where she earned a second certification in personal training. To maintain her credentials, she has taken numerous CEUs in subjects including HIIT training, barbell training, and fitness evaluation. 

She has a strong enthusiasm for health, so after finishing her fitness courses, she enrolled in Alive Academy’s holistic health programme.

Jasmin has competed in numerous bikini competitions and trained with many outstanding coaches across North America. She is a self-assured fitness expert because she has first-hand expertise with a variety of coaching methodologies and training philosophies. 

All of her clients are largely coached by her online. Jasmin is a model whose primary goal is to serve as the best representation of what a fit and healthy lifestyle looks and feels like!

Jasmin is a lash technician and educator. She started doing lashes to supplement her income on days when she wasn’t training. It’s a big deal where she lives, and girls pay a lot of money for good lash extensions. She was determined to become that “great lash tech,” so she began her journey.

She worked in a salon for about a year after becoming certified, honing her skills and learning new lash techniques. She decided to take her work home and open a home studio where she could lash out once she felt confident in her ability to maintain a large clientele.

Lashing proved to be incredibly therapeutic for Jasmin as well, so she persisted. She was able to accomplish more and had more free time as a result of lashing because she was earning such excellent money. 

She didn’t come from a wealthy background, therefore she was eager to teach other girls this ability so they, too, could gain more financial independence. She made the decision to become a certified teacher after realising she had mastered this skill.

Every new modelling or collaborating experience she has is always an amazing experience that she holds near and dear to her heart. She believes her first experience on stage was the most memorable, because she knew she wanted to be a fitness model from that moment on.

Jasmin is passionate about her work, which makes it easy for her to manage. She divides her days so that she is lashing half of the time and working on fitness half of the time. It adds variety to her weeks and is a lot of fun; she also gets to meet a lot of wonderful women!

Her routine’s finest exercises are almost all complex moves that target the entire body. She would state that leg/glutes day is her body part to work, and donkey kicks, glute bridges, and abductions are her go-to moves for developing the booty!

She genuinely tries to eat intuitively, but she always makes sure she eats at the appropriate times and chooses whole, healthy things. She tracks her macros more strategically by weighing out her servings and keeping track of them if she needs to lose weight for a shoot or a certain event.

She has a cheat meal/day once a week on average. She selects the weekend because it is when she likes to have fun and relax. Her favourite cheat would be a BBQ chicken pizza followed by some kind of chocolate dessert. 

She is crazy about chocolate-covered almonds. It takes effort and time. It’s not just her fit body that makes her feel confident; it’s also her mindset. 

Knowing she takes care of herself and treats herself with love and respect allows her to feel more at ease in her own skin. When you love yourself, you are able to take care of yourself, which contributes to your confidence.

Diet and hydration are important components of having beautiful, healthy skin and hair. Vitamin B, C, and Biosil supplements aid in the formation of new collagen and the growth of nails and hair. Making sure you get enough micronutrients in your diet will help you fight oxidative stress and keep your cells youthful.

Jasmin uses retinol every other night, along with vitamin E and C serums, to keep her skin looking young. Wear sunscreen every single day! If she could tell any young girl how to keep their skin looking young and beautiful, she would tell them to wear sunscreen every day!

She never wears mascara, so she always has her lashes done. They’re literally a lifesaver and save her so much time in the morning. She always has her bronzer, highlighter, and lip gloss with her. Those are her essentials, and they are all you really need to look put-together.

Her advice to any inspiring and aspiring models is to make a vision board. Make a list of your goals and get up every day with the intention of achieving them. 

Make yourself a priority by working on yourself and your goals every day. Learn everything you can and never, ever compare yourself to others. Take advantage of all opportunities and learn as many lessons as you can along the way.
