Pricilla Aqilla is well-known throughout the world for her incredible transformation story and amazing physique.
Her journey began in late 2012, when she decided to change her unhealthy eating habits and hire a personal trainer to help her get in shape. 
It didn’t take long for Pricilla Aqilla to notice progress, which led to her becoming obsessed with the new way of life. However, things were not easy along the way, as she received negative comments about her appearance from people on the internet.
She did, however, have a younger sister for whom she wanted to set a good example, which motivated her to join a gym.

She’s gone above and beyond her initial goals, becoming a female fitness model with a stunning physique and an inspiration to fans all over the world, thanks to years of hard work.
Pricilla’s life was very different in high school than it is now. She was slightly overweight, and as a result, other girls and boys at her school teased and mocked her.
Pricilla began her transformation to a fitter, healthier, and more confident version of herself with the help of weightlifting, which she became interested in during her time as a volleyball player in high school.
Pricilla realised along the way that she didn’t have to “shrink” her lower body. She could sculpt and reshape it instead. Her body gradually changed into the physique she has today by prioritising exercises like squats and adhering to a clean diet.
She lost all of her fat in her lower body and began to see defined quads and glutes that others admired.
Her curvy and toned legs are now a source of pride for her, and she proudly displays them in bikini fitness shows across the country.

Pricilla had achieved her transformation through a combination of strength training and cardio. 

This includes not only squats and burpees, but also countless hours on the treadmill and running outside to maintain a low body fat percentage.

Surprisingly, one of the first things she did on her path to better health was to increase her calorie intake slightly. 

She stated that she had previously tried consuming 1200 calories per day, but it only made her weaker in the gym and caused her to lose a lot of muscle mass.

She then increased her daily calorie intake to 1900 while focusing on eating high-quality, nutrient-dense foods. She lost nearly 8% of her body fat and gained a significant amount of muscle mass as a result of her new diet.


Pricilla spends a significant amount of time planning, preparing, and tracking her diet in addition to her consistent daily gym training.
She enjoys carbs in the morning and before workouts. This provides her muscles with the glycogen they require for energy.


On the other hand, she consumes the majority of her proteins and fats later in the day and in the evening. This ensures a steady trickle of nutrients throughout the night, fueling her muscles as she sleeps.


Breakfast options for Pricilla include egg whites and oatmeal with almond milk.
Lunch with chicken, sweet potatoes, and mixed vegetables.
Dinner will consist of white fish, rice, and peas.
As a snack, consume low-fat cottage cheese with flavoured protein power once or twice per day.

According to Pricilla, none of her success would be possible without the support of her friends, family, coach, and fans. She is grateful to everyone who helped her on her fitness journey. 
Her fans motivate her to raise the bar higher and higher each year in order to set a good example for them.

Pricilla’s ‘pudgy’ appearance was mocked in high school. She, on the other hand, was the one who eventually achieved success and transformation, which silenced her detractors.

She led an unhealthy lifestyle throughout her childhood and early adolescence. With determination and discipline, she was able to change her habits. 
She had a vision of who she wanted to be and pursued it. Most importantly, she persisted in working toward her goal until she achieved it, despite the obstacles she encountered along the way.

If she teaches us anything, it is determination and the ability to never give up. She has demonstrated that most obstacles in life are mental, and that by taking action, you can eventually reach your destination and achieve your goals.

What we can learn from Pricilla is that you will face negativity or criticism from others at times in your life. Instead of allowing it to bring you down, use it as fuel to help you grow stronger and achieve your goals.
