Vaishali’s training remains consistent throughout the year.
She goes to the gym five times a week, focusing on a high volume of exercise.
She’ll complete 10-14 reps per set and 4-5 sets for each exercise.
She’ll keep the weight mild to moderate, for the most part, focusing on muscular contraction and appropriate form.
She’ll increase the weight and decrease the reps when she wants to acquire more lean muscle.
Vaishali has a largely vegetarian diet that includes a lot of fruits and vegetables.
She also makes sure to eat nuts and unprocessed oils, which are both good sources of healthy fats.
