“I was on a bit of a rollercoaster with my weight post-surgery,” she added.

Vanessa works out six times a week, three times for weight training and three times for cardio.
Her resistance training focuses on the legs, abdomen, and arms, as well as some full-body high-intensity activities.
In terms of cardio, she likes to blend low-intensity cardio with high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
Sundays are usually her days off.
Vanessa likes working out her legs the most.
Burpee bench jumps and squats are her go-to workouts as a result.
