Michie Peachie is a Korean-born American female fitness model. She’s been on the rise since 2016, when she began posting photos of her curvy and attractive body on social media.
Michie has been interested in fitness since she was a child, and she believes it is ‘written’ in her genetics to stay fit. “I was born buff,” she explains. My doctor said I had the most muscle tone of any baby he had ever seen. “This is true.”
She is a very dedicated person who strives to improve in all aspects of her life, both inside and outside of the gym. She wants to buy a rescue dog farm after she builds her fitness empire because she has a strong love and passion for animals.
Michie has won the hearts of both men and women all over the world with her incredible physique and charisma, and there’s much more to come from her in the future.

For the best results in the gym, she combines cardio and weightlifting. While cardio keeps her lean, weightlifting strengthens her muscles and keeps her figure in shape.
She is no longer obsessed with her exercise routine as she once was. She schedules rest days to allow her body to recover and grow stronger.
Michie’s training varies week to week. She occasionally focuses on heavy compound movements to build her muscles. At times, she will do lighter exercises that target specific areas of her body.

Michie does cardio whenever she wants to lose weight. She does very little cardio and instead focuses on intense training.
She combines powerlifting and bodybuilding to maintain an aesthetic and strong physique. She does a lot of heavy compound exercises with low reps one week.
Squats, bench press, and dips are among her favourite exercises. Squats are by far her favourite because they are an excellent glute builder, which is her favourite muscle to train.
She does not do cardio on a regular basis. Instead, she likes to shorten her rest periods between sets, which keeps her heart rate up throughout the workout.
Diet And Nutrition By Michie Peachie :
She lifts a lot of weight, so she’ll need nutritious, protein-rich meals to fuel her body. She eats a well-balanced diet rich in heart-healthy fats, energy-giving carbohydrates, and lean proteins. Protein shakes and smoothies are her favourites.Michie follows a clean diet that emphasises wholesome and nutritious foods. She eats a lot of fish, lean meats, vegetables, and healthy fats.
Michie eats five to six small meals per day, spaced out two to three hours apart, and her meals are spaced out two to three hours apart.
She also drinks at least a gallon of water per day to stay hydrated and energised during her workouts.
Michie likes to switch up her diet from time to time in order to keep her physique progressing.Her transformation was greatly influenced by her diet. Previously, she was obsessed with food, eating only the cleanest and healthiest meals. She now gives herself more leeway with her diet, allowing herself the occasional cheat meal.
She understands the importance of foods like lean meat, brown rice, and healthy fats. But she also admits that if she ‘cheats’ on her diet, it’s not the end of the world. She simply resumes her meal preparations.
She enjoys incorporating new foods into her meal plan, as well as varying the frequency and size of her meals.
This keeps her body from adapting to a particular diet while also making things more interesting.
Michie has multiple meal plans that she cycles through because her diet changes from time to time. Here’s an example:
First meal: 6 oz. flap steak with 1 cup rolled oats
Second Meal: 6 ounces ground turkey, 1 cup brown rice, and 1 cup broccoli
3rd Meal: 6 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup asparagus, 3 oz. red potatoes
4 ounces of fish and 1 cup of asparagus for the fourth meal
1 cup almonds for the fifth meal
