Becky G. has received an apology from Sebastian Lletget for “disrespecting” her.
In response to recent rumours that he had cheated on the 26-year-old singer, the 30-year-old soccer star has taken to social media to express his regret to Becky.
Sebastian posted a statement on Instagram. He started dating Becky in 2016 and got down on one knee in 2022. He stated: “Over the past few weeks, a 10-minute lapse in judgement led to an extortion plot during a time I deeply regret.” Since this person did not get their way, the situation has now escalated into a public social media spectacle with more false posts about the one person I should never take for granted or put in danger—the love of my life—and more lies than there are truths.
Sebastian said that in order to work on the aspects of himself that “deeply need healing,” he is now determined to enrol in a mental wellness programme.
Along with apologising to Becky, the football star.
On the photo-sharing website, Sebastian, a soccer player for FC Dallas in Major League Soccer, sent the following message to Becky: “To Becky, you have been the light of my life, my strength, and who has always showed me unconditional love. I have hurt you and disrespected the one person I love above all else, doing the opposite of what I should have done every day: honouring that love. I truly apologise and am aware that I must make every effort to win back your respect and love.
