A complaint acquired by TMZ on November 22 claims that the Collateral actor was involved in a reported incident at Catch NYC & Roof in August 2015 where he is accused of sexually abusing a woman.
The plaintiff, whose identity was withheld by the outlet, claimed that while she was eating at the restaurant in New York City, she observed Foxx sitting close by. Foxx was reportedly asked to take a picture with her pal at around one in the morning.
Foxx reportedly told her, “Wow, you have that supermodel body, and You smell so good,” in addition to saying, “Sure, baby anything for you.”
The plaintiff claimed that afterward, the Oscar winner attacked her by dragging her by the arm to a different part of the rooftop. He is accused of reaching under her top and massaging her breasts in the lawsuit, as well as sticking his hand in her trousers and making contact with her genitalia.
The woman claimed that after her buddy arrived, Foxx stopped.
Her lawsuit claimed that she suffered emotional distress and had to receive medical attention for her injuries.

Foxx, who dated Katie Holmes from 2013 until 2019, has not responded to the accusations in public. Foxx’s representative was contacted by E! News regarding the lawsuit, but no response was received.
The 55-year-old gained notoriety earlier this year after he was admitted to the hospital following an unreported health scare in April. He then came out the following month to express gratitude to his supporters. His Instagram caption read, “Feeling blessed.”
Later, Foxx responded to worries for his health in a long social media statement.
First and foremost, Foxx wrote in July, “I want to thank everybody that’s prayed, man, and sent me messages.” How far it took me and how it got me back, I can’t even begin to explain.

I didn’t want you to see me struggling to breathe and wondering if I would make it through.
At the time, he clarified reports that he was blind or paralyzed and said, “It’s been tough, man.”
