“Irina felt a strong attraction to Tom. She enjoyed being with him. It thrilled her,” a source claims. They enjoyed the trip to see each other. It ultimately just kind of fizzled. It was growing harder for them to be in the same location at the same time because they both kept having engagements, the person said. Irina is gushing about Tom and only positive things.

After their initial meeting, according to a different insider who spoke to PEOPLE, Brady urged Shayk to “fly out and meet up in Los Angeles” so they could spend time together. After spending a night together, the pair later fueled relationship rumours in July when they were photographed getting close in a car.

When this happened, a source informed PEOPLE that there was “a spark” between the former NFL player and model. Later in August, PEOPLE reported that Brady and Shayk stayed at the Twenty Two Hotel in London for 48 hours while “holed up” together before departing separately in the wee hours of the morning.

The two were last seen together last month when Shayk was seen entering Brady’s flat in New York City’s Tribeca district.
Brady and Shayk’s relationship status was revealed on Oct. 28, 2022, almost exactly one year after the athlete finalised his divorce from ex-wife Gisele Bündchen.
