Meggan Grubb is a personal trainer, top fitness model, musician, and social media star based in London, England. On March 30th, 2016, she began posting pictures of her daily life, determined to share her passion for fitness with her friends and family. However, Meggan was quickly discovered by the fitness community due to her great figure; many began admiring her musical talent and workout videos, and she gained a large number of followers as a result.
This motivated her to take her passion for fitness to the next level, and she began studying for personal training qualifications in order to help others achieve their ideal physiques. Meggan passed her exam on the 10th of September 2016 and began working as a PT.
Megan was born and raised in the UK, where she was constantly reminded by her mother how “lazy” she was. She enjoyed the party scene in her teen years and as a result, her diet wasn’t very healthy.
Megan finally realised she was unhappy with her body while on vacation with her friends because she hadn’t given any thought to how unhealthy the foods she was eating were. She had noticed how self-conscious she felt in a bikini and felt unattractive in comparison to other women on the beach.
She then realised that her time spent partying wasn’t having a positive impact on her life. Megan was aware that she needed to pursue a goal and make an effort to be successful.
Due to her determination to succeed, she started vlogging and chronicling her fitness journey in 2015. She made the decision that setting her sights on sculpting her dream body would give her something positive to work towards.
Meggan initially entered the gym without any guidance. She mistakenly believed that lifting weights would cause her to become “too muscular” because she knew nothing about weightlifting or nutrition; at this point, Meggan was unaware that adding lean mass to her frame would require hard work and adhering to a strict diet plan.
She avoided using any weights and only used cardio machines as a result.
She was working hard at the gym to burn calories, but because she wasn’t changing her diet, she wasn’t seeing any results. In the end, she came to the conclusion that she needed to change and started adhering to a balanced eating plan.
Meggan began to feel more confident in her athletic prowess after becoming more informed about fitness. Her lack of knowledge caused her to concentrate on her abs and spend the majority of her workout time working her midsection; however, it took her some time to learn more about training techniques in the gym.
Meggan didn’t even realise where she was going wrong until she started following athletes on Instagram; she saw a tonne of female fitness models who didn’t even pay attention to their abs while lifting weights and still managed to sculpt a 6-pack and lean body without turning into a “she-hulk.”
Meggan started to alter her training regimens as a result, starting to incorporate weightlifting workouts offered by athletes on Instagram.
Meggan’s progress inspired her to pursue a career in fitness and become more active in the community by 2016, when her confidence had significantly increased and she had finally added lean mass to her body.
This caused her to reflect on where she had come from and all the mistakes she had made in the beginning, wishing she had received more direction before finding her feet. As a result, she developed the desire to pursue a personal training certification so that she could assist others in their pursuit of fitness.
Meggan obtained a position as a physical therapist at her neighbourhood gym after passing her exams and spending six months obtaining the required certifications in addition to her degree.
Meggan decided to start her own Instagram account after assisting numerous clients in realising their fitness goals, and she started using it as a channel to connect with women who were uncomfortable lifting weights in the gym.
Meggan uploaded workout videos in the hopes that others would use them as a starting point for their own fitness journeys, and it was successful.
Meggan had gained popularity for her Instagram account by the end of 2017. She developed a website offering customised workout programmes after gaining a sizable following on social media to help clients all over the world achieve their ideal figures.

Model Workout Routine And Model Workout Plan By Meggan Grubb :
Meggan always aimed to create a figure with a full butt, lean legs, and curves. She emphasises lower body workouts in particular because of this.
Meggan prefers to concentrate on HIRT sessions, using circuits to keep the intensity high, without spending hours in the gym. She performs between 8 and 12 reps per set, believing that her body responds to this rep-range the best, with 3 to 4 sets per exercise.
She enjoys doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for cardio because she thinks it is the most effective way to stay fit in a shorter amount of time. She does, however, restrict the amount of cardio she incorporates into her workouts because her goal is to add lean mass to her butt and legs.

Meggan disagrees with other female athletes who think it’s essential to eat five to six times a day.
Meggan doesn’t strictly count calories or macronutrients, but she does make sure to limit her intake by measuring her carbs, sticking to lean proteins, and eating plenty of leafy green vegetables.
In the end, this has enabled Meggan to create an incredible figure without allowing her passion to negatively influence her life.

Meggan has demonstrated resilience throughout her fitness journey. She made a lot of errors before becoming knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise, but she never gave up and eventually succeeded in sculpting an incredible bikini body.
