Whitney Wiser is an IFBB Bikini Pro, top female fitness model, and coach from New York,USA.

She has been competing since 2011, but has faced numerous challenges on her way to the top.

Whitney injured her spine in her early competitive days, delaying her progress for months.

Determined not to let it ruin her career, she came back strong in 2014 to earn IFBB Pro status.

Whitney Wiser has been involved in sports her entire life. When her coach brought in a personal trainer for their basketball team in high school, she became interested in weightlifting.

Whitney enjoyed lifting weights as much as she did basketball. She could feel the progress from her gym training day after day. Not only that, but her basketball performance has improved as well.

Whitney was inspired to keep pushing her limits in the gym, and she eventually fell in love with bodybuilding.

Whitney’s days on her basketball team came to an end after she graduated from college. It wasn’t long before she was competing in bodybuilding competitions full-time.

Whitney wasn’t sure which category she wanted to compete in at first. Initially, there were two options: figure and bikini class.

Whitney had originally planned to compete in figure. However, she was unable to gain enough muscle in the 8 weeks before the show. So she eventually decided to compete in the bikini class, which didn’t require her to bulk up as much.

It was the year 2009. Whitney competed in her first amateur bikini contest. She came in second place that day, much to her surprise. This result, in fact, made her even more ‘addicted’ to bodybuilding and competing.

Whitney made the decision to train harder than ever before in order to win her next competition.

Whitney began competing in national-level competitions in 2011. And everything was going swimmingly at first.

But not long after that, she was faced with a huge challenge: a crushed spine. This set back her progress for several months. She couldn’t do any bodybuilding during this time, instead focusing on recovery.

Whitney, on the other hand, had a strong mentality and stated that this would only motivate her to return stronger. True to her word, she returned to competitions in 2012 and gradually rose to the top. In fact, by the end of 2014, she was on her way to earning her IFBB Pro Card.

Whitney continued to work hard in the gym for several months. Then, in 2014, she earned her IFBB Pro Card after finishing first at the Junior National Championships.

Riding high on her victory, she wasted no time in making her Pro debut a few months later, finishing 9th.

Within a few months, she had climbed the competitive ladder and won her first Pro show, the 2016 Muscle Mayhem Pro.

Whitney hasn’t slowed down one bit since turning pro. She continues to impress in her career as a fitness model, bodybuilder, entrepreneur, and NPC judge, both on and off the stage.

Whitney is also an inspiration to those who follow her on social media. She continues to compete at the highest level and is excited about what the future holds for her.

Model Workout Routine And Model Workout Plan By Whitney Wiser:

Whitney works out at least five times per week.

She maintains her fitness by constantly experimenting with new workout routines. She likes to change things up so that her muscles don’t become accustomed to the same routine.

Side lateral raises are Whitney’s favourite exercise. She also enjoys working out her lower body, particularly her legs and glutes.

Whitney’s hobbies outside of bodybuilding include basketball and spending time with her family. She enjoys sports because they are not only enjoyable but also help her lose weight.

Although little is known about Whitney’s specific training regimen. Compound movements that work on multiple muscle groups are often prioritised by athletes like her.

Whitney may also perform isolation exercises, such as glute kickbacks, to target specific areas for improvement.

Whitney will take no more than 60 seconds between sets.

Shorter rest periods equal higher training intensity, which is exactly what Whitney wants during a contest weight cut.

Not only that, but this type of training is extremely effective at increasing her cardiovascular capacity and stamina, removing the need for any additional cardio on a treadmill.

Whitney eats a healthy diet in general, but she understands the importance of balance. As a result, she will occasionally eat a burger and fries.

Oatmeal with whey protein and peanut butter is her favourite high-protein food.

If Whitney has a busy week ahead, she’ll plan her meals ahead of time to stay on track with her fitness goals.

When there are no rules in her diet, it’s easy to give in to cravings, which is why she always makes sure to be prepared.

Whitney will eat at healthy restaurants if she does not have time to prepare her own meals. She prefers light vegetarian dishes with occasional fish on the side.

Whitney’s diet will naturally become more restrictive as she prepares for a competition or a photoshoot.

She will eat fewer carbs and other foods that may spike her blood sugar levels and cause fat gain. At the same time, she’ll increase her daily protein intake to ensure she maintains her lean muscle mass.
