I was not aware of fitness in my childhood so I kind of become fond of dancing and modeling.
But for me, it was difficult to pursue that dream of becoming and fashion model in my early childhood.
I somehow encouraged myself and started learning dance and modeling bit by bit.
In my teenage, I become the famous face of my city and gradually many local magazines owner approached me for the shoot.
So, my life got stuck and I was again in chaos for not being famous due to a lack of practice and less time.
My figure got damaged and I saw a windfall in my career.
But, once my child grew, I decided to again practice and dedicate more to achieving my lost figure.
Once again, I hit the gym with full motivation and never skipped any single day without exercising.
It led me to win my first prize in 2014.
I won 1st prize in Enercup 2014 in my country.
This win motivated me to work hard again and again.
FEMALE FITNESS MODEL ANNA DELYLA FITNESS PLAN:
My fitness plan is very simple as I plan for 6 days a week for extensive training.
Daily routines are very positive results provided in nature.
My 6 days of exercise include many muscles oriented like, triceps, biceps, legs, abs, shoulders, calves, etc.
I reserve one day for my cardio workout because of my hectic schedule.
Doing cardio provides me full strength and relaxation to my whole body.
My cardio exercise varies as per the competition requirement.
Sometimes, I do all 7 days, and another time, I only 3 or 4 days a week
I really like strengthening my muscles as it provides me good look and a muscular body.
My diet is so simple and it includes low carb most of the time.
For losing fat, I use more proteins and less sugar.
I really take care of my body when it comes to preparing for any competition.
Sometimes, preparing for any competition becomes tough for me because of the tough competition.
But I manage to overcome my stress by hitting the gym with consistency and hard work.
Regular exercise is very important to maintain body figure.
Exercising as per routine is my favorite thing which I like the most.

You don’t need daily motivation if you are determined to achieve your dream by putting in hard work.
After giving childbirth, it was quite difficult for me to maintain my body figure but with determination, I somehow managed to give 100% in the gym.
That led me to achieve my trophy within a few months of hard practice.
I have seen many ups and downs in my life but I have never given up yet.
Just give your best and you will receive good results in any aspect of your life.
With the right attitude and hard work, you can achieve any dream for sure.
