Anna has made strides as a fitness coach in addition to her stage success, assisting a number of people in achieving their ideal physiques.

Anna went on to start her own sports company after furthering her career as an entrepreneur. She also started her own fitness center.

Anna’s enthusiasm for fitness and bodybuilding hasn’t waned. 

She continues to share amazing photos on the internet while also assisting her customers and fans in achieving their ideal bodies.

Anna works out five times a week, including weightlifting and aerobics to shape her muscles and lean out for competitions.

Anna is a huge fan of food planning and preparation in advance. 

This saves her time and prevents her from bingeing on harmful foods when she has a craving.

 “Whichever diet approach you follow, it all boils down to a little forethought and having your day set up for success,” she says.

Anna has ‘off-season’ and ‘pre-contest seasons as a professional bikini competitor.

She adjusts her calorie intake at each stage to achieve a specific goal, such as fat loss or muscle gain.

Anna’s thoughts on dieting are as follows: “Diet is 80% (maybe even more) of the process.” I employ different dieting tactics depending on where I am in life (on-season or off-season).

“During the offseason, I am more flexible, but I stick to a fairly rigid schedule coming up to shows. I place a high value on specific foods and nutritional timing since it helps me maintain my activity levels throughout the day and keeps my hunger at bay.”

Anna’s clever and planned nutrition allows her to keep her incredible physique year after year. When it comes to Anna’s success, though, keeping to a rigid workout plan is only one piece of the jigsaw.

Anna’s thinking is a less visible component of her ascension to the top. 

Anna is a champion because she stays diligent every day, even when she doesn’t feel like training or eating well.
