Anna’s thoughts on dieting are as follows: “Diet is 80% (maybe even more) of the process.” I employ different dieting tactics depending on where I am in life (on-season or off-season).
“During the offseason, I am more flexible, but I stick to a fairly rigid schedule coming up to shows. I place a high value on specific foods and nutritional timing since it helps me maintain my activity levels throughout the day and keeps my hunger at bay.”
Anna’s clever and planned nutrition allows her to keep her incredible physique year after year. When it comes to Anna’s success, though, keeping to a rigid workout plan is only one piece of the jigsaw.
